Assembly:
1.  Place Handle (C) through centre of main Cutting Plate (A).
2.  Screw Centre Locking Disc (B) to Handle Thread (C) and secure firmly.
3.  Place Threaded Cover Plugs (D) to unused holes.
4.  Push in Dust Slot Covers (E) into unused slots.
5.  Install supplied rubber O Ring (F) (N7-202) under Collet Nut on rotary tool to help
prevent damage due to dust. See figure 2 below.
6. Insert and secure Drywall Cutting Bit into Rotary Tool at required height.
7.  Screw in Rotary Tool into selected Diameter Mounting Hole or custom Hole location.

Attention: O Ring fitted to prevent dust ingress into tool bearing.

 Operation:
1.   Care must be taken in a safe like manner to prevent personal injury to yourself or others.
Ensure appropriate PPE is worn. Operation at own risk.
2.  Position the tool assembly, holding by the Handle Grip (C), locate the centre spike into the
ceiling plasterboard at the marked centre of the hole to be cut.
3.  Start the rotary tool so that the cutting bit fitted to the rotary tool cuts through the ceiling
plasterboard simultaneously whilst twisting the handle locating spike to penetrate the
plasterboard. Ensure that the Centre Disc (B) of the tool assembly is flush against the
plasterboard to stop lateral or transverse movement.
4.  Whilst holding the tool Handle Grip (C) by one hand, the other hand pushes the rotary tool
in a clockwise direction. The locating spike should remain located in this position with the
Centre Disk (B) firmly against the plasterboard throughout cutting.
5.  Once a full rotation is complete, a hole is formed, and the circular cut away portion of the
plasterboard rests on the centre disc, along with the collected cutting debris.
6.  Switch off the rotary tool, then slightly lower the tool assembly allowing enough room to run
your finger around the cut edge to remove any remaining plaster dust to be caught in the
disc. This limits any loose dust falling whilst installing flexible duct or fixture.
7.  Now fully lower the tool assembly with the collected waste material and discard.
8.  The ceiling penetration is thus complete and ready for installation of the required fixture.
